Abstract
Zaradi hitrega tehnološkega razvoja in naraščajoče digitalizacije se (poslovno) okolje pospešeno spreminja, poleg tega pa se čedalje bolj soočamo s kopičenjem odpadkov ter pomanjkanjem virov, kar pa ima močan vpliv tudi na koncept izobraževanja. Raziskali smo, v kakšni meri pri izobraževalnih programih lesarstva v Sloveniji učeči se pridobijo kompetence s področja krožnega gospodarstva, industrije 4.0 in neodvisnega tehnološko podprtega bivanja. Pripravili smo strategijo vključevanja teh kompetenc na različnih nivojih izobraževanja v lesarstvu. Ugotovili smo, da so vsebine z omenjenih področij v vseh programih po celotni vertikali izobraževanja v lesarstvu približno usklajene. Ne glede na to, da so te vsebine vključene v izobraževalne programe v večji meri, kot to navajajo učni načrti, smatramo, da bi jih bilo predvsem na nižjih stopnjah potrebno še okrepiti, saj bi tako lahko povečali tudi raven znanja na višjih nivojih izobraževanja. Vsebine bi učeči se lahko spoznali tako v okviru rednih predmetov z ekskurzijami, projektnimi nalogami in seminarji, kakor tudi preko dodatnih specialnih spletnih izobraževanj.

Title:Strategies and models for harmonization of selected learning contents and concepts between vocational and higher education in the wood sector
Abstract:
Due to rapid technological development and increasing digitalization, the (business) environment is changing rapidly, and we are also increasingly confronted with the issues of waste accumulation and scarcity of resources, which also affects the concept of education. We have investigated to what extent the educational programmes of the wood sector in Slovenia contribute to the acquisition of competences in the fields of the Circular Economy, Industry 4.0, and Ambient Assisted Living. We have elaborated a strategy to integrate these competences at different educational levels in the wood sector. We have found that the contents of the mentioned areas are roughly harmonized across the entire vertical education chain in the wood sector. Notwithstanding the fact that these contents are included in the educational programme to a greater extent than indicated in the curricula, we believe that they need to be further strengthened, especially at the lower levels, which would also allow for an increase in competencies at the higher levels. The contents could be taught by teachers within the framework of regular classes with field trips, project work and seminars, as well as through additional special online trainings.
