Abstract
Pri enoosnem nateznem preizkusu se za merjenje raztezka oz. skrčka preizkušanca uporablja ekstenziometer, ki pa ga je potrebno ustrezno pritrditi na preizkušanec. Na Inštitutu za kovinske materiale in tehnologije se pri ekstenziometru za merjenje deformacij pri povišani temperaturi uporablja metoda z vrvicami, ki pa ni najbolj učinkovita. Naša naloga je bila razviti napravo, ki bo zmožna ustrezno pritrditi ekstenziometer na preizkušanec, hkrati pa bo enostavna in hitra za uporabo. Najprej je bilo potrebno določiti vse zahteve in želje s strani Inštituta, nato pa smo s pomočjo razvojno konstrukcijskega procesa koncipirali naš izdelek. Na koncu smo izdelali glavno risbo konstrukcije.

Title:Development of beam for extensometer attaching
Abstract:
In the uniaxial tensile test, an extensometer is used to measure the elongation or the contraction of the test piece, which must be properly attached to the test piece. At the Institute of Metallic Materials and Technologies, the string method is used on the extensometer for measuring deformations at elevated temperatures, which isn't the most effective. Our task was to develop a device, that will be able to properly attach the extensometer to the test piece, while at the same time being easy and quick to use. First, it was necessary to determine all the requirements and wishes of the Institute, then we conceptualized our product with the help of the development and construction process. In the end, we prepared the main drawing of the structure.
