In recent decades, robotic systems have establish themselves in many industrial
processes as an essential part of modern, economical and human-friendly technology.
Without robotic manipulators, we can no longer imagine a modern industry, as the
need for product quantity and quality comes first today. Thus, robotic systems have
in some industrial processes almost completely replaced manual labor.
The robotic cell for manipulation and quality control of the injection molded
part was fully developed in the company Blubit d.o.o., which develops, designs and
manufactures dedicated machines and devices in the field of automation and
robotization of work processes.
The diploma thesis presents the design and manufacture of a robotic cell for the
manipulation of injection molded parts between the plastic injection device and other
devices for quality control and automatic sorting of parts into boxes. The second
chapter describes the operation and description of all included devices. In the third
chapter the work covers the development of electrical design, in the fourth chapter
the communication systems in this robotic cell are described. The dimensioning of
the industrial electrical cabinet and safety from the user's point of view are also
presented.
