Abstract
V današnjem času je avtomatizacija in robotizacija procesov nepogrešljiv del industrije. Glavni cilj je pohitritev industrijskih procesov, pravočasna izdelava sestavnih delov, s katero razbremenimo potrebo po skladiščnih sistemih in najpomembnejše, razbremenitev človeka s katerim izboljšamo kakovost življenja prebivalstva. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj robotske celice za strego in manipulacijo pladnjev, ki smo jo v podjetju Blubit d.o.o. razvili po željah in zahtev stranke. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na več poglavij s poudarkom na programskem delu in izdelavo uporabniškega vmesnika. V drugem poglavju so opisani sestavni deli robotske celice, od krmilnikov, senzorjev do mehanskih komponent. Tretje poglavje opisuje potek programiranja PLK krmilnika, nekaterih pomembnih funkcij in izdelavo uporabniškega vmesnika. V nadaljevanju je tudi opis uporabljenih varnostnih komponent, njihovih opravil in za zaključek tudi opis delovanja in proces zagona robotske celice.

Title:Robotic cell for tray manipulation and control : visokošolski strokovni študijski program prve stopnje Aplikativna elektrotehnika
Abstract:
Nowadays, automation and robotisation of industrial processes is an indispensable part of the industry. The main goal is to speed up production of components, just in time manufacturing, which relieves the need for storage systems and most importantly free up human workers so they can focus on higher-value work and improve their quality of living. The thesis presents the development of the robotic cell for serving and manipulation of trays, developed at the request of the client. The thesis is divided into several chapters with an emphasis on the software part and the creation of a user interface. The second chapter describes the components of the robotic cell, from controllers, sensors to mechanical components. The third chapter describes the programming process of the PLC control unit, some important functions and the creation of the user interface. In the following chapters there is also a description of used safety components and task and finally a description of how the robotic cell works and what it took to get it started.
