Ženska kolekcija Ljubljena

Namen naloge je bil izdelati sodobno kolekcijo z inspiracijo iz osemdesetih let prejšnjega stoletja in mode princese Diane. S hitrim menjavanjem trendov je potrebna velika izvirnost iskanja novih ali dobra reinterpretacija že nekoč obstoječih trendov. Tako obstaja veliko sodobnih modnih oblikovalcev, ki iščejo inspiracijo v zgodovini mode. V teoretičnem delu sem raziskovala žensko modo v 80. letih ter takrat popularne modne oblikovalce. Izpostavila sem oblačenje princese Diane, zakaj je postala modna ikona, ter sodobne kolekcije z inspiracijo v modi princese Diane. V eksperimentalnem delu naloge sem oblikovala žensko ready to wear kolekcijo, ki odraža ključne elemente iz osemdesetih let in mode princese Diane. V nadaljevanju sem na podlagi skic izdelala oblačila. Zaradi trenutne epidemije sem bila omejena pri nakupu materialov za izdelavo oblačil, zato sem raziskovala sodobne trajnostne príncipe, v okviru katerih sem želela izdelati in predstaviti svojo kolekcijo. Zavedam se, da v današnjem času brez predpostavke trajnostnih načel sodobni oblikovalci ne morejo ponujati svojih kolekcij. Pri izdelavi oblačil sem upciklirala stare materiale in vzorčna oblačila.

Abstract

The aim of the assignment is to design a modern collection inspired by the 1980s and Princess Diana fashion. With the rapid reversal of trends, great originality in finding new ones or a good re-interpretation of the once existing trends is required. Thus, there are many modern fashion designers who look to the history of fashion for inspiration. In my theoretical part, I researched the women's fashion of 80's and popular fashion designers of that time. I highlighted Princess Diana's clothing style, why she be-came a fashion icon, and modern collections inspired by Princess Diana's fashion. In the experimental part of the assignment, I designed a women's collection that re-flected key elements of 80's fashion and Princess Diana. In the following, I made clothes based on the designs. Due to the current epidemic, I was limited in sourcing materials to make clothing, so I researched modern sustainable principles within which to make and present my collection. I am aware that modern designers today cannot offer their collections without the premise of sustainable principles. The clothing was made by recycling old materials and patterned clothing.
