Abstract
Diplomsko delo zajema spremljanje in zajem podatkov o obremenitvah stroja, pri različnih podajalnih parametrih. V diplomskem delu je bil cilj predvsem analizirati zajete podatke in jih primerjati glede na podajalno hitrost, katera je bila edini parameter katerega smo spremenili. Tako smo analizirali zbrane podatke o obremenitvi stroja in jih primerjali, nato smo se lotili še analize porabljene električne energije glede na obremenitev stroja. Pri sami obremenitvi stroja s spreminjanjem podajalnih parametrov nismo prišli do posebnih zaključkov, ko pa smo izvedli analizo porabljene električne energije pa smo ugotovili, da podajanje močno vpliva na porabo električne energije. S takim načinom zajema podatkov analize si lahko pomagamo pri optimizaciji procesov, ter zmanjšanju stroškov ali obremenitve stroja. Za nadaljevanje analize bi se lahko lotili še vpliva podajalne hitrosti in obremenitev na kvaliteto obdelave površine – hrapavost.

Title:Monitoring and optimization of mailing process based on load data of machine tool axis
Abstract:
This thesis includes monitoring and data analysis about the load of the milling machine at different feed rates. The main goal was to analyze captured data at different feed rates and compare them. When we anayzed captured data, we calculated the electric energy that was used for this experiment, considering the load of the milling machine. When we analyzed the data from different feed rates, we didn't get any specific conclusions, so we continued in the way of consumption of electric energy. We figured out that the feed rate plays a major role in the consumption of electric energy. With this type of data analysis we can simplify the optimization of the cutting processes, cost reduction or just get the insight on the load of the machine. Fort the continuation of the analysis, we could get into influence of the feed rate and machine load on surface roughness.
