We researched the influence of the method of cooling power regulation on the room comfort and the operation of the cooling system. We tested the difference between continuous and two-stage temperature control on the newly installed cooling and heating line. We wanted to see the fluctuation of the room temperature and the required flow for the selected system control.
The results of the measurements showed better specifications of continuous regulation both in terms of savings on the system and in terms of temperature comfort in the room. The flow was reduced with PID control, due to less system oscillation. We have shown the influence of internal heat gains on the regulation and stability of the system.
