Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo določili emisijo formaldehida iz različnih materialov, ki jih lahko najdemo v bivalnem okolju. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti vpliv različnih materialov na kakovost zraka v bivalnih prostorih. Ustrezno pripravljene vzorce smo testirali s pomočjo desikator metode. Emisijo formaldehida smo določili po preteku 3 in 24 ur. Rezultati so pokazali, da z naraščanjem časa merjenja narašča tudi emisija formaldehida. Po 3 urah smo največjo emisijo ugotovili pri vezani plošči, po 24 urah pa pri sendvič plošči (furnirna plošča, poliestrska plošča in XPS). Najmanjšo emisijo formaldehida po 3 urah smo ugotovili pri vzorcu talne obloge. Po preteku 24 ur pa je najmanjšo emisijo formaldehida pokazal vzorec pene.

Title:Formaldehyde in living environment
Abstract:
In the graduation thesis we investigated the emission of formaldehyde from various materials that can be found in the living environment. The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of different materials on the air quality in living spaces. Samples were tested using the desiccator method. Formaldehyde emissions were determined after 3 and 24 hours. The results showed formaldehyde concentration increases with increasing time measurement. After 3 hours, the highest emissions were determined for plywood, and after 24 hours for sandwich board (veneer board, polyester board and XPS). The lowest formaldehyde emissions after 3 hours were found for the floor covering sample. After 24 hours, however, the lowest formaldehyde emissions were those of the foam sample.
