Abstract
Vsak zapisnik smo podrobno in natančno opisali.

Title:Pre-nuptial inquiry form
Abstract:
For a church wedding, there are several formalities that need to be completed. One of these is the completion of the Pre-nuptial Inquiry Form. The interviewer is usually the parish priest who marries the couple, with the bride and groom present separately. In our thesis we have explored the development of the pre-wedding protocols from 1928 to the present day. First, we explained what protocols generally mean, and then we defined the concept of Pre-nuptial Inquiry Form. We also mentioned that the forms of the protocols can be found on the internet. We focused on each protocol individually. First, we described the 1928 protocol, then the 1960 protocol, then the 1980 protocol, etc. We found that the forms of the protocol have remained the same over the years. Each protocol was described accurately and in detail. The protocols were then compared. We compared them visually and in terms of content, noting that the shapes and sizes of the letters had changed, the names of the subheadings of the form had changed, and many things had been added in terms of content over the years. As the form has changed completely in the last few years, we have also touched on its working version, which is quite extensive, and we have described it in detail. The working version has soon gotten its final form, which is still in use today. This was also described in detail. The biggest reason for the creation of the new form was a change in the Family Code – the addition of a marriage contract or prenuptial agreement, which the newlyweds can opt for if they wish.
