Vzgojitelj v 1. razredu osnovne šole

V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočila na vlogo vzgojitelja, ki dela v 1. razredu osnovne šole je nastajalo jeseni in pozimi, leta 2020 in 2021. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila vlogo vrtca in šole pri prehodu (iz vrtca v osnovno šolo), značilnosti in potek dneva v 1. razredu. Osredotočila sem se na vlogo vzgojitelja in ker sta v 1. razredu prisotna dva učitelja, sem v nalogi opisala, kakšna naj bi bila komunikacija med njima in kako naj bi potekalo njuno timsko delo, da ne bi prihajalo do nevšečnosti. Nekaj besed sem namenila tudi sodelovanju s starši, saj se strokovni delavci v šoli srečujejo z različnimi oblikami sodelovanja. Predstavila sem tudi nekaj zakonov in prilagoditev za otroke s posebnimi potrebami, saj je dandanes vse več razredov, v katere so ti otroci vključeni. Drugi del diplomske naloge predstavlja empirični del, v katerem sem povzela rezultate, ki sem jih pridobila z anketiranjem učiteljev in vzgojiteljev, zaposlenih v 1. razredu osnovne šole. Dobljeni rezultati kažejo, da je v večini vloga vzgojiteljev v 1. razredu enakovredna vlogi učiteljev. Iz dobljenih rezultatov lahko sklepam, da je komunikacija med vzgojiteljem in učiteljem zelo pomembna in da vzgojitelj sodeluje tudi pri dejavnostih, kot so: jutranje varstvo, roditeljski sestanki ter pri raznih sodelovanjih.

Abstract

In my undergraduate thesis, I have focused on the role of the preschool teacher as the second teacher in the first grade of the nine-year elementary school. Preschool teacher and school teacher work together as a team and they are equally involved, in the education process of kids in their first year of primary school. This thesis was written in autumn/fall 2020 and 2021. Generally, it consists of two parts. In the first, theoretical part, I presented the role of kindergarten as a pre-school at the transition, the basic features of the first year of the nine-year elementary school, and I also described how a typical day in the first grade looks like. Mainly, I focused on the role of the preschool teacher in the classroom. Furthermore, I described the communication between preschool teacher and the school teacher. As I have already mentioned they are working as a team and therefor, mutual communication is very important. I also briefly touched upon the topic of the cooperation with parents, as professionals in the school encounter various forms of cooperation. Last but not least, I also presented some laws and adjustments for the kids with special needs. The second part of the thesis is empirical. I have collected and summarised the results that I had got from the interviews done with teachers and preschool teachers, who work in the first grade of the nine-year elementary school. The results suggest that the role of the preschool teacher is mostly equal to the role of the school teacher. Based on that, we can conclude that communication between the preschool teacher and the school teacher plays a very important part and that preschool teacher is also involved in a lot of different activities such as morning care programs, parent meetings, and cooperating in different meetings.
