Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je predstavljena konstrukcija orodja za sestavo elektromotorjev dimenzij 120x240x170. Orodje je zasnovano tako, da omogoča natančno pozicionirano vpetje ohišja s statorjem in rotorja. Glavna naloga orodja je translacija rotorja v stator. Preverjene so maksimalne napetosti in maksimalni povesi v kritičnih točkah orodja. Zaradi pomembnosti pozicije, je izveden tudi tolerančni izračun za pozicijo igel in meritev vpliva delovanja spon na premik ohišja. Izmerjen je tudi povprečen proizvodnji čas sestave elektromotorja, ter ovrednoten ergonomski vpliv orodja na delavca.

Title:Development of a small series tool for assembling an electric motor
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents the construction of a tool for assembling electric motors with dimensions 12x240x170. The tool is designed to allow precisely positioned mounting of the housing with the stator and the mounting of the rotor. The main task of the tool is to move the rotor into the stator. Maximum stresses and maximum suspensions at critical points of the tool were checked. Due to the importance of the position, a tolerance calculation was also performed for the position of the needles and a measurement of the influence of the action of the clamps on the displacement of the housing. The average production time of the electric motor assembly was also measured, and the ergonomic impact of the tool on the worker was evaluated.
