Abstract
Zaključna naloga zajema preračun, konstrukcijo in topološko optimizacijo stebrnega vrtljivega konzolnega dvigala namenjenega vstavljanju težjih orodij v odvalno rezkalni stroj in premeščanju težjih bremen v okolici stroja. V prvem delu naloge so poleg oblikovanja konstrukcije prikazani statični in trdnostni preračuni, ki so potrebni za dimenzioniranje dvigala ob upoštevanju ustreznih standardov. Ker je dvigalo namenjeno namestitvi na stroj in ne sme vplivati na njegovo natančnost, smo ga dimenzionirali s ciljem doseganja čim manjše mase. V drugem delu naloge sta predstavljeni parametrična analiza in topološka optimizacija roke dvigala, ki smo ju izvedli s programskim orodjem ANSYS po metodi končnih elementov. Predstavljene so štiri možne rešitve problema.

Title:Design and topology optimization of jib crane for gear cutting machine
Abstract:
The thesis encompasses the construction and topology optimization of the jib crane for the insertion of heavier tools in gear cutting machine and lifting of heavier items in the vicinity of the machine. The first part focuses on the mechanical calculations and the design of jib crane in accordance with valid standards. Due to the fact that the jib crane is directly mounted on the machine and shouldn't affect the machines accuracy, it is designed to be as light as possible. Part two concentrates on parametric analysis and topological optimization of the jib crane arm. This is done with the finite element method and help of the software tool ANSYS. A total of four solutions are presented.
