Abstract
V magistrskem delu je prikazan proces razvoja vozička za krmljenje živali. Opisan je postopek, po katerem se je konstruiralo voziček, s splošnim pregledom različnih tipov transporterjev. Prikazan je pregled trga s karakteristikami že obstoječih podobnih vozičkov, na podlagi katerih je pripravljena zasnova za voziček. Opisani so štirje koncepti doziranja krme iz vozička, pridobljene z morfološko matriko in pa trije koncepti čiščenja in potiskanja. Na podlagi vrednotenja posameznih konceptov se je izbralo skupni koncept. Za koncept so pripravljene detajlne rešitve glede doziranja, shranjevanja krme, konstrukcije vozička, prav tako pa so pripravljene simulacije nosilnosti konstrukcije s prikazanim izdelanim konceptom, pripravljenim za testiranje. Opisane so ideje za izboljšave na podlagi testiranja koncepta. Za popravljen koncept so opisane nove rešitve doziranja krme in konstrukcije vozička, prav tako s pripravljenimi simulacijami obremenitve konstrukcije. Za popravljeni koncept je predstavljena tudi izdelava za namen testiranja.

Title:Development of an animal feeding trolley
Abstract:
This thesis shows the process of developing a trolley for animal feeding. It describes the process by which the trolley is designed with a general overview of conveyers. It depicts a market overview of existing similar trolleys, on which this trolley is based. It describes four different concepts of feed dosing acquired through a morphological matrix and three concepts of pushing and cleaning of fodder. One concept was chosen based on evaluations of the different concepts. Detailed solutions of dosing, storage of fodder were prepared for the chosen concept, including simulations of load capacity of the construction of the trolley and a description of a built concept made for testing. It also describes the ideas for improvement based on results of the tests of the built concept. The thesis shows new detailed solutions for feed dosing and a new construction of the trolley, for an improved concept. The improved concept also depicts simulations of load capacity of the improved construction of the trolley. The thesis also shows the production of the improved concept for testing purposes.
