Abstract

Title:Analysis of Physical and Psychological Enclosed Personal Spaces in my Artistic Practises / Enclosed Personal Spaces
Abstract:
In my Master Thesis I am re-analysing my artistic practice in the medium of sculpture, from 2015 to 2020, which involves eight pieces that tell the story of my psychological distress which I was not conscious of. With the help of the retrospective view and analysis with my current knowledge I am discussing the element of feeling trapped in your own body and also bringing forward some psychological cages that can affect every person. I am also talking about the strength that psyche has on us and how it manifests in day-to-day life, and the idea of positive psychological cages.
