Abstract
Pregled izdelkov lahko avtomatiziramo z uporabo strojnega vida. Za ta namen uporabimo industrijsko kamero. Za ustrezno delovanje sistema je pomembna primerna osvetlitev objekta, ustrezen objektiv ter slikovno zaznavalo v kameri dovolj visoke ločljivosti. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena uporaba napredne industrijske kamere pri pregledovanju različnih objektov. Kamera vsebuje integrirano osvetlitev, objektiv ter strojno in programsko opremo za obdelavo in analizo slik. Glede na zahteve in lastnosti posameznega objekta je potrebno kamero ustrezno postaviti in sprogramirati. V diplomski nalogi smo ugotovili, da industrijska kamera omogoča uporabo številnih programskih orodij za pregledovanje izdelkov. Vendar bi lahko v nekaterih primerih z ustreznejšo osvetlitvijo in objektivom dosegli nekoliko boljše rezultate.

Title:Analysis about object detection using an advanced industrial camera
Abstract:
Product inspection can be automated by applying machine vision. For this process we have to implement an industrial camera. In order for the system to function correctly, the proper illumination of the object, a suitable lens and a sufficiently high-resolution image sensor in the camera are needed. This thesis demonstrates the usage of an advanced industrial camera when inspecting various objects. The camera features integrated lightning, a lens as well as hardware and software for image processing and analysis. Depending on the requirements and characteristics of each individual object, the camera must be properly positioned and programmed. In the diploma thesis we found that the industrial camera allows for the use of various software tools for product inspection. However, in some cases better results would be achieved if we used befitting lighting and lens.
