Abstract
Elektrorelejne signalnovarnostne naprave omogočajo varno in zanesljivo odvijanje železniškega prometa. Sestavljene so iz relejev in zagotavljajo centralno upravljanje tirnih in signalnih naprav na železniški postaji. V magistrskem delu je opisan postopek načrtovanja in izdelave modela železniške elektrorelejne signalnovarnostne naprave (ERSVN). Predstavljeno je osnovno delovanje in funkcije ERSVN. Osnovna naloga ERSVN je zavarovanje voznih poti za vožnje vlakov na območju železniške postaje. Pomembno je, da naprava preprečuje vse možne situacije, ki bi ogrožale varnost železniškega prometa. V nalogi je opisana tirna postavitev in zunanji elementi signalnovarnostne naprave na železniški postaji Ribnica, saj izdelana postavljalna miza z mozaikom tirne slike prikazuje prometno situacijo te postaje. Model ERSVN je bil izdelan z mikrokrmilniki iz družine STM32 proizvajalca ST Microelectronics. Zasnova je modularna, kar omogoča lažje nadgradnje. Skupno je bilo izdelano osem modulov s tremi različnimi funkcijami. Za povezavo modulov je uporabljeno vodilo CAN, da zmanjšamo število žičnih povezav. Predstavljeno je načrtovanje tiskanega vezja za module in izdelava mozaika tirne slike, sestavljenega iz posameznih mozaičnih ploščic. Mozaik tirne slike simbolno prikazuje lokacijo tirov in zunanjih naprav na železniški postaji. Na mozaičnih ploščicah se nahajajo svetlobni javljalniki in tipke, s katerimi se upravlja napravo. Vse skupaj je nameščeno v izdelanem lesenem ohišju. To delo obsega tudi izdelavo programskega dela za mikrokrmilnike. Opisana je USB komunikacija in način naslavljanja naprav. Za nastavitve voznih poti je uporabljena spominska kartica SD, na kateri so tekstovne datoteke. V teh datotekah so vozne poti opisane s posameznimi elementi, ki jih tvorijo. Opisan je tudi postopek zavarovanja voznih poti in pogojev, ki morajo biti pri tem izpolnjeni. Izdelan model ERSVN je uporaben za prikaz delovanja tovrstnih naprav ali pa za izobraževanje bodočih postajnih prometnikov. Mogoča je tudi nadgradnja z maketo železniške postaje z vsemi pripadajočimi zunanjimi napravami.

Relay Interlocking System : magistrski študijski program druge stopnje Elektrotehnika
Abstract:
Relay interlocking enables safe and efficient railway traffic. These devices are constructed using electrical relays and enable centralized control of trackside equipment and signalling devices. This master's thesis describes the process of design and construction of relay interlocking model. Basic functions of relay interlocking are presented in this thesis. Main function of relay interlocking is to secure train routes for safe train movement. Ribnica railway station is presented because track and trackside devices layout from this station is used for design of the model. Model of relay interlocking device was built using microcontrollers from STM32 family by ST Microelectronics. Design of the model is modular in order to enable future upgrades. Eight modules with three different functions were designed and built. CAN bus is used to connect individual modules to reduce the number of wired connections. Design process of integrated circuit boards and construction process of mosaic mimic panel are described. Mosaic mimic panel schematically displays locations of railway tracks and trackside devices in the station area. Mosaic tiles contain light indicators and push-buttons for operation of the device. All components are mounted in a wooden enclosure. This thesis also contains explanation of the firmware that was used for microcontrollers. USB communication and device addressing are described. An SD memory card is used to store text files that describe train routes and their elements. A process of train route setting is also explained. Built model of relay interlocking is useful for demonstration purposes or for training of railway signalmen. An upgrade with model of railway station with trackside devices would also be possible.
