After a certain number of manufactured products, the molding bush in the injection molding tool must be replaced. Therefore, there is a need to make a new one. The bush is manufactured on the basis of tehnical documentation, which has already been made, but does not correspond to the actual situation entirely. Deviations occur due to undocumented refinements on the design part of the tool. Based on the measurments and the calculation of shrinkage, we prepared new documentation. In addition, we presented the necessary guidelines for dimensioning and fabrication of the molding bush and its key functions in the tool.
