The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of deviations from the implementation of the investment project of energy rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Bled Kindergarten, from the point of view of the client. The content and technical scope of the project are presented, the phases from the idea to the beginning of the use of the facility are described, and the time and financial course of the project implementation is summarized. Deviations of actual results according to planned and contractually defined time and financial plans are analyzed and presented. The thesis also presents the anticipated and realized risks and measures that enabled the successful implementation of the project, according to the expectations of the client.
