Snovanje naprave za otresanje sadnega drevja

Namen diplomske naloge je zasnova naprave za otresanje sadnega drevja. Naprava je konstruirana za primer otresanja drevesa oreha, lahko pa jo uporabimo tudi za otresanje drugih sadnih dreves. Opisali smo lastnosti oreha in potek spravila njegovih plodov vse od obiranja do uporabe. Naredili smo raziskavo trga naprav z enako funkcijo. S konkurenčno napravo smo izvedli meritve v sadovnjaku orehov in predstavili rezultate. Glede na naše zahteve in želje smo opredelili funkcije, ki jih mora naprava izpolnjevati. Ideje smo predstavili v dveh konceptih in po tehnični ter ekonomski oceni izbrali najboljšega. Za slednjega smo dimenzionirali vse pomembnejše strojne elemente. Zanj smo skonstruirali tudi hidravlični sistem, ki bo napravo poganjal. Z uporabo računalniškega programa smo narisali 3D model naprave in predstavili njegovo delovanje.

• Title: Design of a device for shaking fruit trees

Abstract

The purpose of my final thesis is the design of a device for shaking fruit trees. The device is designed fort the case of shaking a walnut tree, but it can also be used for shaking other fruit trees. We described the properties of the walnut and the process of harvesting its fruit from harvesting to use. We did a market research about devices with the same function. With a competing device we performed measurements in the walnut orchard and presented the results. According to our requirements and wishes we have defined the functions that the device must fulfill. We presented the ideas on two concepts and selected the best one after a technical and economic evaluation. For the latter we dimensioned all the important machine elements. We have also designed a hydraulic system for it, which will drive the device. Using a computer program we drew a 3D model of the device and presented its operation.
