In the master's thesis we have been dealing with addressing relational dynamics with the help of archetypes on tarot cards. We have researched the experience of a counseling process that included the archetypes on tarot cards as a visual medium, that we used in counseling sessions in which the participants were talking about their relationships. For research purposes we have made interviews after the counseling process. Phenomenological research has shown results that have explained the experiences of participants; with the help of the counseling process, some have gotten insights about the dynamics in their relationships, with the help of the images, they were able to tap into their feelings, the counseling process has helped them to become aware of what they have already been thinkig about before, some have found talking over images appealing, while others did not. To find out the impact of this approach and the choice of clients, that would benefit of such mediums the most, further researches should be made.
