Abstract
Za potrebe validacijskih testov v avtomobilski industriji je bila preverjena možnost uporabe elektrodinamskega stresalnika pri udarnih testih, kjer je predpisan časovni potek sile na izdelek. V ta namen smo preverili koncept na več velikostnih nivojih, ter raziskali možnost krmiljenja stresalnika s poljubnim časovnim potekom sile. Na podlagi dognanj smo razvili vpenjalno mizo, ki omogoča izvajanje zahtevanih udarnih testov. Izvedena je bila numerična modalna analiza primernosti konstrukcije. Končno je bil koncept potrjen z izvedbo krmiljenja sile po zahtevani specifikaciji na razviti mizi.

Title:Using an electrodynamic shaker for impact tests
Abstract:
For the purpose of performing validation testing as an automotive parts manufacturer, a possibility to utilize an electrodynamic shaker for force impact tests with specified force waveform was investigated. The concept was tested on multiple scales, as well as the possibility of control of the electrodynamic shaker with any force signal. Based on the findings, a test bench for fixing the specimens during the tests was developed. The design was subjected to numerical modal analysis for validation. Finally, the concept and design were verified by the means of performing a force controlled test according to requested specifications on the bench.
