Abstract
Komunikacijski vzorci, ki omogočajo upoštevanje drugih udeležencev v komunikaciji, v veliki meri prispevajo k razvoju konstruktivnega dialoga med sodelavci ali družinskimi člani. Asertivno vedenje, ki se odraža v asertivni komunikaciji daje osnovo za uspešnejšo komunikacijo med zaposlenimi, zato se diplomsko delo osredotoča na komunikacijo, ki temelji na asertivnosti. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti komunikacijo in spoznati ter razumeti področje asertivnega vedenja. Preveriti se je želelo predvsem, koliko so sodelujoči seznanjeni s pojmom asertivnost, ali se v vsakodnevnih situacijah vedejo asertivno ter ali so sodelujoči, ki uporabljajo asertivni način komunikacije, manj udeleženi v konfliktnih situacijah ter s tem pokazati, da bi z uvedbo asertivnega treninga pridobili veščino, ki prinaša zadovoljstvo in odkriva nove dimenzije pogleda na komuniciranje v odnosih s sodelavci. Raziskava je bila izvedena med zaposlenimi z metodo anketiranja v Centru za socialno delo Spodnje Podravje. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so zaposleni seznanjeni s pojmom asertivnost in asertivna komunikacija. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da poznavanje pojma asertivnost s starostjo narašča, vendar starost ne vpliva na komunikacijske strategije in odnos do asertivnosti. Rezultati so potrdili predpostavko, da so zaposleni, ki se vedejo asertivno bistveno manj udeleženi v konfliktnih situacijah. Z raziskavo se je potrdilo, da je asertivna komunikacija eden najbolj optimalnih načinov komuniciranja in predlog organizacijam je, da se zaposlene za uporabo asertivnega načina komunikacije ustrezno izobrazi s pomočjo treningov ali delavnic in istočasno vzpodbuja k asertivnemu načinu vedenja.

Title:Quality of communication on the basis of assertivity
Abstract:
Communication patterns, which enable other participants in communication to be taken into account grately contribute to development of constructive dialogue between coworkers or family members. Assertive behavior, which reflects in assertive communication gives the basis for more successful communication between employees, that`s why my focus in thesis is communication based on assertiveness. The purpose of this thesis is to present communication and to get to know and understand the field of assertive behavior. The aim was to check how much the participants are familiar with the concept of assertiveness, whether they behave assertively in everyday situations and whether participants who use assertive communication are less involved in conflict situations, and thus show that the introduction of assertive training would gain skill , which brings satisfaction and discovers new dimensions of the view of communication in relationships with colleagues. The research was conducted among employees using a survey questionnaire (Gaumer Erickson & Noonan, 2018). The research showed, that employees are familiar with the term of assertiveness and assertive communication. Knowledge of the concept of assertiveness has been found to increase with age, but age does not affect communication strategies and attitudes toward assertiveness. The results confirmed the assumption that employees who behave assertively are significantly less involved in conflict situations. The research confirmed that assertive communication is one of the most optimal ways of communication and the suggestion to all organizations is to properly educate employees to use assertive communication through trainings or workshops and at the same time encourage assertive behavior.
