Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno konstruiranje vrtljive in nagibne vpenjalne mize ter njena vloga v varilni robotski celici. Obravnavane so različne izvedbe vpenjalnih miz, ki se uporabljajo v varilnem robotskem sistemu. Prikazani so različni primeri uporabe vrtljive in nagibne vpenjalne mize ter vpliv le-teh na obremenitev mize. V nadaljevanju je izdelan in prikazan prostorski model vrtljive in nagibne mize. Za mehanizem vrtenja in nagiba je izdelan preračun zobniške dvojice. Narejen je preračun maksimalnega momenta za vrtenje in nagib ter izračunana vrtilna hitrost vrtenja ter nagibanja. Izdelana sta obremenitvena diagrama za nagib in vrtenje nagibne in vrtljive vpenjalne mize ter prikazan primer preverjanja ustreznosti mize za določen izdelek.

Rotating and tilting clamping table in a welding robotic cell
Abstract:
The diploma thesis represents construction of a rotating and tilting clamping table and its role in a welding robotic cell. Different designs of clamping tables used in the welding robotic system are discussed. Different examples of the use of a rotating and tilting clamping table are shown, and how different examples of using affect the load of the table. A spatial model of a rotating and tilting clamping table is presented. Calculation of the gear pair is made for the rotation and tilting mechanism. A calculation of the maximum torque for tilt and rotation is made, as well as the calculation of the rotational speed for rotation and tilt. Load diagrams for the tilting and rotating clamping table are made and an example of suitability checks of the table for a specific production is demonstrated.
