Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava uporabo socialnega dela v delovnih organizacijah – kako vse lahko socialni delavec s svojim znanjem in izkušnjami doprinese k boljšemu podjetju, boljšim medsebojnim odnosom, boljši soudeleženosti vseh zaposlenih in večjemu splošnemu poslovnemu uspehu podjetja. Obravnava tudi dobre kadrovske prakse za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v slovenskih in tujih podjetjih ter bolj specifično še delovno mesto menedžerja za srečo. S teoretičnim delom sem raziskovala vpliv današnjega časa na odnose v poslovnem svetu, vpliv stresa in izgorelosti ter načine spopadanja z njima, katere organizacije so dobre organizacije in kakšen delavec je zadovoljen delavec. Kaj lahko podjetje vsakodnevno nudi svojim zaposlenim za večje zadovoljstvo v delovnem okolju ter kakšni so trendi uporabe takšnih kadrovskih praks v slovenskem okolju. Z raziskovanjem delovnega mesta menedžerja za srečo v Sloveniji pa sem želela bralcem najprej sploh predstaviti ta položaj, pokazati njegov namen v podjetju ter širšo javnost navdušiti za vedno bolj pogosto odpiranje te funkcije v slovenskih podjetjih.

Title:Good human resources practices for employee satisfaction
Abstract:
The master’s thesis deals with the use of social work in work organizations – how a social worker with his knowledge and experience can contribute to a better company, better interpersonal relationships, better participation of all employees and greater overall business success. It also discusses good human resources practices for the satisfaction of employees in Slovenian and foreign companies. More specifically it discusses the position of Chief Happiness Officer. Through theoretical work I researched the impact of today on relationships in the business world, the impact of stress or burnout and ways to deal with them. Which organizations are good ones and what kind of an employee is a satisfied employee. What can the company offer to its employees on a daily basis for greater satisfaction in the work environment and what are the trends in the use of such personnel practices in the Slovenian environment. By researching the position of a Chief Happiness Officer in Slovenia, I first wanted to present this position to readers, show its purpose in the company and inspire the general public to open this position as often as possible in all Slovenian companies.
