Abstract
Ko želimo kompleksne probleme tehnike optimirati s simulacijami v virtualnem okolju, je primerjava dejanskega stanja s simulacijo z enakimi pogoji nujna. Zasnovani in izdelani so merilniki sile z uporabo polnomostične wheatstonove vezave za merjenje osnih sil. Izbrani in uporabljeni so magnetni merilniki kota zasuka. Senzorji so povezani v merilno verigo. Merilna veriga za merjenje osnih sil je umerjena. Prikazano je delovanje merilnega sistema na praktičnem primeru, pridobljeni podatki so ustrezno interpretirani.

Title:Development of the measurement system for measuring forces and rotations in the Formula Student vehicle suspension
Abstract:
When optimising complex problems of engineering by using simulations in a virtual environment, it is necessary to compare the actual state with the results of the simulation, ran under the same conditions. Presented in this work is the development of a data acquisition system for measuring quantities that would be needed for validation of a virtual dynamic model, a vehicle developed and built for the Formula Student competition. The measuring system is, with as few changes as possible, installed on the existing vehicle. Force gauges are designed and made using strain gauges in a full bridge circuit for axial force measurement. Rotary magnetic encoders, which then serve the purpose of measuring the suspension position, are chosen, and applied. Sensors are connected to the data acquisition system. The data acquisition system for measuring axial forces is calibrated. The working of the measuring system is shown on a practical example; all data are suitably interpreted.
