Abstract
Delo obravnava teoretičen pregled obstoječega poznavanja kompleksnosti in nepredvidljivosti, ki se lahko pojavijo pri projektu, ter metodologij, ki omogoča obvladovanje teh dejavnikov. Uporaba metodologije je predstavljena s pomočjo primera izvedbe izbranega projekta v podjetju, ki je dobavitelj za avtomobilsko industrijo. Ugotovili smo, da lahko teoretična spoznanja uporabimo za izboljšanje projektnega managementa pri projektih, pri katerih se srečujemo z rednimi naročnikovimi spremembami izdelka projekta in spremembami, ki so posledica agilnega prilagajanja projektnega procesa zunanjim spremembam.

Title:
Adaptive project management
Abstract:
The diploma thesis takes in a general overview of complexity and uncertainty that can arise in a modern project and methodology that is designed and capable to overcome these factors. Further is presented work during a general project that is executed in a company which is a supplier in the automotive industry. In diploma it is studied, where and how we could use these theoretical cognitions for improvement of methodical PMLC cycle that mentioned company uses for development of projects.
