Energetska sanacija stanovanjske hiše

Pri izdelavi diplomskega dela sem se posvetil načrtovanju energetske sanacije stare kamnite hiše in gradnje nadomestne pasivne hiše. Pred izdelavo sanacijskega načrta je bilo potrebno popisati prvotno stanje hiše. Energetsko bilanco sem izračunal s pomočjo PHPP (Passive House Planning Package) programa. Naredil sem primerjavo med prvotnim stanjem, stanjem po sanaciji in nadomestno pasivno gradnjo. Primerjal sem razne gradbene materiale, s katerimi bi zadostil zastavljenim ciljem. Z energetsko sanacijo stanovanjskih objektov na dolgi rok zmanjšamo finančne stroške za potrebe bivanja in posledično izpuste toplogrednih plinov v okolje.

Abstract

For my final study project, I made an energy sanitation of a residential house and tried to reach the passive house standard. I worked on a 120-year-old stone house in the village centre. First, I made a sanitation plan, I had to get all the measurements of the house and list all building materials. I used the PHPP (Passive House Planning Package) program to calculate the energy balance. Then I compared the old house, the restored house and the passive house, as well as various construction materials, with which I would be able to reach my goals. Living costs and consequently greenhouse gas emissions are reduced in the long term with energy sanitation of a residential house.
