PODJETNIŠTVO KOT REŠITEV BREZPOSELNOSTI MLADIH : diplomsko delo

Mladi predstavljajo družbeno skupino, ki ima najvišjo stopnjo brezposelnosti in je najbolj izpostavljena spremembam na zaposlitvenem trgu. Tako nastalo situacijo še dodatno ote-žuje nov pojav, za katerega velja, da v današnjem času izobrazba ne predstavlja več soci-alne varnosti posamezniku. Posledično se morajo mladi poleg formalne izobrazbe opremi-ti še z vrsto drugih kompetenc, veščin in znanj, ki jim bodo pomagale priti in obstati na trgu delovne sile. Tudi v diplomskem delu je bil predmet preučevanja reševanje brezpo-selnosti med mladimi s podjetništvom. Zanimalo nas je predvsem, kako na podjetništvo gledajo mladi in ali se jim zdi samozaposlitev neke vrste alternativa za reševanje brezpo-selnosti. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na problematiko brezposelnosti med mladimi v Republiki Sloveniji: kakšni so razlogi za to ter, po drugi strani, reševanje le-tega s samo-zaposlitvijo. Z raziskavo smo želeli proučiti priljubljenost podjetništva med mladimi ter poiskati vzroke za takšen odnos mladih do podjetništva. Ugotovili smo, da 63 % anketiran-cev zanima ustanovitev lastnega podjetja. Glavni razlog, ki so ga anketiranci navedli za ustanovitev podjetja, je bil, da si želijo lastno podjetje. Po drugi strani pa so anketiranci, stari med 15 in 29 let, kot najpogostejši razlog proti ustanovitvi lastnega podjetja navedli, da nimajo podjetniške ideje. Na podlagi rezultatov je bilo ugotovljeno, da so mladi pri-pravljeni vstopati na podjetniško pot in da je podjetništvo med mladimi precej priljublje-no.

• Title: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A SOLUTION TO YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT

Abstract

Young people represent social group that has the highest unemployment rate and it is most vulnerable to the changes in the employment market. The situation thus created is compounded by a new phenomenon, which says that nowadays education no longer re-presents social security. For that reason, young people seek ways to obtain additional competences, skills and knowledge which will help them enter and remain in the labour market. One of the aims in the thesis was to check if the problem of unemployment among young people can be solved by entrepreneurship. We were interested to know how young people perceive entrepreneurship and whether they see self-employment as an alternative to tackling unemployment. The focus in the thesis was unemployment of youth in the Republic of Slovenia. We rese-arched the reasons for it and how to solve it with self-employment. We analysed the po-pularity of entrepreneurship and the attitude towards it. We found out that 63% of the respondents wanted to set up their business. On the other hand, respondents between age 15 to 29 did not want to set up their business because they lack ideas. From the results we found out, that young people are willing to enter the entrepreneurial path and that entre-preneurship is quite popular among youth.
