Mobility is, due to the fast pace that surrounds us nowadays, very important. Cars represent a big part of our everyday lives and we can hardly imagine living without them. Despite the convenience they offer us, they are also considered one of the sources of environmental
pollution. Modern society is increasingly becoming aware of the negative effects of climate change, and as a result, in an effort to reduce harmful emissions and ensure a better life, the concept of electric mobility with the establishment of the electric car market, has begun to emerge. Countries are introducing different incentives to varying degrees to bring electric cars as close as possible to consumers. Cars of this kind are appearing more and more often, and yet, there are still various obstacles that prevent a complete shift from cars to internal combustion to electric cars. The process of their introduction covers a number of factors, such as: consumer interest, government and its incentives, the electricity grid, charging station infrastructure, the activity of electric cars and their actual impact.
