ANALIZA POSLOVANJA CESTNEGA TRANSPORTNEGA PODJETJA TRANSPORT ROK MIKLIČ D.O.O.

Tovorni promet in prevoz blaga ima zelo pomembno gospodarsko funkcijo, saj je velik zaposlovalec in prispeva veliko v bruto domači proizvod. Cestni tovorni promet je najbolj razširjen način prevoza na svetu saj se obseg tovornega prometa na cestah povečuje z enakim tempom ali še hitreje kot celotno gospodarstvo. Panoga je zelo pomembna tudi v Sloveniji. V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali podjetje Rok Miklič transport d.o.o., ki je podjetje, ki doživlja hitro rast na trgu prevoza tovornega blaga v Sloveniji. Je malo podjetje in zaposluje 19 ljudi. Glede na analizo podjetja ugotavljamo, da je obravnavano podjetje v zadnjih nekaj letih doživelo veliko rast, kar je vplivalo na nekatere postavke, ki smo jih obravnavali v nalogi, kar se pozna predvsem v zadnjih dveh obravnavanih letih. V podjetju so ključne konkurenčne prednosti, kot je poznavanje ciljnih trgov, kar bo po njihovem mnenju ključ v dobrem poslovanju naslednjih nekaj letih.

Abstract

Freight transport has a very important economic function, as it is a large employer and contributes a lot to gross domestic product. Road freight transport is the most widespread mode of transport in the world. The volume of road freight transport is growing at the same pace or even faster than the economy as a whole. The industry is also very important in Slovenia. In the diploma thesis we have analysed the company Rok Miklič transport d.o.o., which is a company that has rapid growth in the freight transport market in Slovenia. It is a small company and employs 19 people. According to the company's analysis, we find that the company has experienced significant growth in the last few years, which has affected some of the items we discussed in the paper, which is especially evident in the last two years. There are key competitive advantages in the company, such as knowledge of target markets, which, in their opinion, will be the key to good business for the next few years.
