Vpliv Pionirske na postavitev gradiva v ljubljanskih šolskih knjižnicah

Abstract
Postavitev gradiva v knjižnicah osnovnih šol in na mladinskih oddelkih splošnih knjižnic ima pomembno vlogo za mlade uporabnike. Otroke pritegne k raziskovanju in samostojni izbiri gradiva ter pripomore k njihovemu dobremu počutju v knjižnici. Leta 2010 je Pionirska – center za mladinsko književnost in knjižničarstvo na mladinskem oddelku Knjižnice Otona Župančiča v Ljubljani uvedla nov način postavitve gradiva, in sicer po bralni perspektivi. Nova postavitev je bila vpeljana na mladinskih oddelkih ljubljanskih splošnih knjižnic. Zanimalo nas je, ali in kako je to vplivalo na postavitev v knjižnicah ljubljanskih osnovnih šol. Raziskava (ki je zajela 35 od 48 osnovnih šol) je pokazala, da knjižnice v veliki meri upoštevajo tradicionalno CPM postavitev v skladu s smernicami in knjižnično zakonodajo, poučno gradivo pa urejajo na več načinov. Nobena izmed ljubljanskih osnovnošolskih knjižnic gradiva ne ureja po zgledu Pionirske. Glavna razloga, ki ovirata takšno postavitev, sta po navedbah šolskih knjižničark prostorska stiska in pomanjkanje časa. Več kot polovica sodelujočih v raziskavi je mnenja, da bi morala postavitev po starostnih stopnjah ostati temelj še naprej, nadgradnjo pa si želijo pri opremi gradiva ter preimenovanju starostnih stopenj. Šolske knjižnice so se po Pionirski zgledovale le pri uporabi barvnih trakov na knjižnih hrbtih in piktogramov ter pri drugačni razporeditvi polic.

Title:The influence of Pionirska library on the placement of materials in Ljubljana school libraries
Abstract:
The arrangement of books in primary school libraries and the youth department of public libraries is very important for young users. Children get attracted to explore and select books independently, which contributes to their overall well-being in the library. In 2010, the Pionirska – Centre for Youth Literature and Librarianship in the youth department of the Oton Župančič Library in Ljubljana introduced a new method of book arrangement: according to reading perspective. The new arrangement is characteristic of youth departments of all branches of Ljubljana City Library. We were interested whether and how this affected the arrangement in Ljubljana's primary schools. The research, conducted in 35 of 48 primary schools, showed that libraries strictly follow the existing guidelines and consider library legislation by adopting the traditional arrangement, relating to reader's age, whereas instructional material is arranged in different ways. None of the primary schools in Ljubljana follows the Pionirska example in arranging books. The main two reasons hindering such arrangement are, according to school librarians, lack of space and lack of time. More than a half of participants believe that age-based arrangement should continue to remain in use and they seek upgrade in the field of material equipment and renaming age groups. School libraries follow the Pionirska examples only in the use of colour bands on the back cover, pictograms and a different placement of bookshelves.
