Abstract
Laboratorijski demonstracijski sistem omogoča predstavitev osnovnega delovanja PLK-jev (programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov) in ostalih elementov avtomatizacije (zaslon na dotik, servoregulator, servomotor, frekvenčni pretvornik itn.) na pregleden in praktičen način. Osnovni namen tega besedila je predstaviti posamezne uporabljene komponente, celoten potek izdelave sistema ter prikazati način uporabe sistema. Problema smo se lotili tako, da smo v spletnih trgovinah naročili potrebne komponente, jih pritrdili na osnovno ploščo ter ob uporabi električne sheme povezali med seboj. V najbolj obširnem delu naloge se spoznamo z zbirko programske opreme MELSOFT in se naučimo upravljati z vsemi elementi sistema. Največji poudarek je na regulaciji hitrosti motorja ob pomoči enkoderja, ki je opisana v zadnjem delu naloge. V zaključku smo povzeli ugotovitve, ki se v večjem delu nanašajo na način uporabe zaslona na dotik ter možnosti nadaljnjega dela na sistemu.

Title:Implementation of industrial automation components demonstration system with control design example
Abstract:
The laboratory demonstration system is designed for presenting the basic operation of PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and other elements of automation (touch screen, servo regulator, servo motor, frequency converter, etc.) in a transparent and practical way. The purpose of this text is to present the individual components used, the entire process of making the system and to show use of the system. We addressed the problem by first finding the necessary components in online shops, attaching them to the base plate and connecting them to each other according to the electrical drawings. In the most extensive part of the task we get acquainted with the MELSOFT software collection and learn to use all the elements in the system. The greatest emphasis is on the implementation of motor speed regulation with the help of an encoder, which is described in the last part of this thesis. In conclusion, we have summarized the findings, which mostly relate to the use of the touch screen and the possibility of further work on the system.
