The diploma thesis covers the presentation and development of a web application for managing employees within an organisation. The purpose of the application is to provide organisations and employees within them an easier and better work process, cooperation, communication, organization, problem solving and consequently achieving better results and higher goals. The main functionalities of the web application are project and task management, employee workflow management, communication and notifying. We want to reduce the user dependency on the use of services since most users depend on several services at the same time to achieve the goals that can be attained by using our service, which is, after all, freely available. Consequently, we want to reduce the costs to organisations for achieving successful business. We developed the application using modern web technologies and tools. We will publish it as an online service that will be available to all users.
