The purpose of the master's thesis is to examine and define the talent management process based on an overview of existing models and contextualization and design of own talent management model for company X. The research is based on analysis of resources and virtual conversations with director, HR, production manager and a talent. Through this data, I gained insight into the current state, activities and practices of talent management in company x and the response of individuals to it. I found that the company does not have established practices and activities in this area and therefore proposed strategic and systematic measures in the field of talent management. The presented model of talent management would make it easier for the company to determine the tasks of both the individual and the group in which it operates. With that model human resources department could more easily identify and develop the competencies of individuals and groups on this basis. The biggest challenge for the company would be the question of who to include in the talent management system and who in the so-called talent pool. The useful value of the master's thesis is in the proposal of using the model of management of (technical) talents in the studied organization, with which the organization could optimize, professionally upgrade and successfully implement processes in the wider field of human resource management and contribute to employee satisfaction.
