UPORABA INTEGRIRANE DEA-AHP METODE ZA IZBOR DOBAVITELJA SISTEMA IZPOSOJE ELEKTRIČNIH KOLES

V magistrskem delu je razvito orodje za izbor trajnostnega dobavitelja sistema izposoje električnih koles (v nadaljevanju e-koles). Delo zajema temeljit pregled domače in mednarodne strokovne literature na temo sistemov izposoje e-koles, na podlagi katere je bil oblikovan sistem kriterijev, ki odraža vse tri vidike trajnosti (okoljevarstvenega, ekonomskega ter socialnega). Orodje, ki omogoča izbor trajnostno najbolj učinkovitega dobavitelja sistema izposoje e-koles, bo uporabno za vse vzpostavljalce in uporabnike navedenih sistemov, saj upošteva želje in potrebe obeh ciljnih skupin (tako vzpostavljalcev sistemov izposoje e-koles kot tudi uporabnikov omenjenih sistemov). Dobavitelji sistema izposoje e-koles lahko orodje uporabljajo za primerjavo učinkovitosti svojega podjetja na trgu z drugimi dobavitelji tega sistema. Model bo posameznemu dobavitelju prikazal tudi, za koliko in na katerem segmentu se mora izboljšati, da bo bolj učinkovit.

• Title: THE APPLICATION OF AN INTEGRATED DEA-AHP METHOD FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SUPPLIER OF AN ELECTRIC BICYCLE RENTAL SYSTEM

Abstract

This master's thesis develops a tool for selecting a sustainable supplier of the e-bike rental system. It contains a thorough review of Slovenian and foreign expert literature pertaining to the e-bike rental system. All three aspects of sustainability (environmental, economic, and social) were included in the criteria, which was created with the help of the aforementioned literature. The tool enabling the selection of the most sustainable supplier of the e-bike rental system will be useful for all installers of the aforementioned system, as it considers the desires and needs of both target groups (the installers and the users of the e-bike rental system). The suppliers of the e-bike rental system can use this tool to compare the efficiency of their company against other suppliers of the e-bike system on the market. The model will also show the supplier how much improvement each system needs and in which area it needs it, in order to become more efficient.
