Rimske najdbe iz reke Ljubljanice: Pregled funkcionalne in kronološke sestave ter možnih ozadji njihovega pojavljanja v strugi

Z diplomsko nalogo želim prikazati pestrost rimskih najdb v reki Ljubljanici in njihovo prostorsko razprostranjenost. V nadaljevanju bom krajše predstavila zgodovino raziskav v strugi Ljubljanice in njeni okolici. Pokrila bom tudi geomorfologijo barja in morebitne posege v Ljubljansko barje ter v strugo reke Ljubljanice v rimskem obdobju. Na koncu bom poudarila vprašanje vzrokov za pojavnost oziroma potopitev predmetov in morebitno namerno ali nenamerno odložitev ter zaključila z ugotovitvami.

• Title: Roman finds from the Ljubljanica river: Review of the functional and chronological composition and possible background of occurrence in the riverbed

Abstract

With my bachelor’s thesis, I want to show the diversity of Roman finds in the Ljubljanica river and their spatial distribution. In the following, I will briefly present the history of research in the Ljubljanica riverbed and its surroundings. I will also cover the geomorphology of the moor and possible interventions in the Ljubljana Marshes and the bed of the Ljubljanica river during the Roman period. Finally, I will highlight the issue of the causes of the occurrence or immersion of objects and any intentional or unintentional delay and conclude with the findings.
