The master’s thesis provides basic insights into the state of phraseography in Slovene dialectology and, based on previous research, proposes some possibilities for the development of dialectal phraseography using the internet. The methodology of collecting dialectal phrasemes is presented at the beginning, as the collector in the field must adapt his or her approach to collecting the dialectal material to the characteristics of phraseological units. In the following, the concept of a dialectal phraseological dictionary in printed and online form is constructed based on the review of Slovenian dialectal dictionaries, selected phraseological discussions, and domestic and foreign phraseological dictionaries. The thesis describes the principles of classification of phraseological material utilized in the dictionary and the basic equipment of the lexical entry with data on each phraseme, and both parts on the dictionary macro- and microstructure are shown in the experimental Phraseological Dictionary of Vrh pri Boštanju, which currently consists of 58 main and 73 referential entries. A concise overview of the more prominent advantages of the dictionary’s electronic form over the traditional printed version is formed, and we tried to illustrate the differences using the example of a test lexicographical platform on a wide-ranging Frazeograf website, which we started developing as part of this master’s thesis. On the website, we present the possibilities of user-friendly compilation and use of dictionaries. We emphasize in particular the role and importance of a connected user community, through which it would be possible to establish a more lasting interaction between experts and amateur users of dictionaries. We outline the planned development of the online platform’s test model, including basic and additional possibilities, and there is also an overview of the individual obstacles that have emerged in the implementation of such a project.
