Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena avtomatizacija preverjanja ustreznosti izdelkov z vakuumom. V uvodu je predstavljena vloga avtomatizacije pri preverjanju ustreznosti izdelkov v industriji brizganja plastike, v nadaljevanju pa sledi opisan postopek izdelave plastičnih izdelkov s sodobnimi napravami. V tretjem in četrtem poglavju je predstavljen izdelek z napako, možne metode odkrivanja te napake in praktična realizacija preizkušanja z dvema metodama. V nadaljevanju je podrobno predstavljena rešitev avtomatizacije preverjanja ustreznosti izdelkov z vakuumsko metodo. Poleg predstavitve obstoječega procesa in umestitve avtomatizacije vanj, so v nadaljevanju poglavja podrobneje opisane glavne komponente naprave za preverjanje ustreznosti izdelkov.

Title:Automatization of a product verification procedure using a vacuum method
Abstract:
The paper focuses on automation of verification process that assures that a final product complies with the predefined parameters using a vacuum method. The introduction part presents the role of automation in the final product inspection process in the plastic injection molding industry, followed by the description of the manufacturing process of plastic products with modern devices. The third and fourth chapters describe the defective product, possible methods of detecting this defect and the practical realization of testing with two different methods. In the last part of the paper, the solution for an automated conformity check of products with the vacuum method is presented in detail. In addition to the presentation of the existing process and the design of the automated conformity check process, the main components of the verification device are described as well.
