Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem opisal postopek izdelave naprave za avtomatsko testiranje tiskanega vezja omejevalnika momenta na gozdarskem vozilu. Predstavil sem razne metode testiranja vezij in izmed njih izbral nam najbolj primerno metodo testiranja s pomočjo vzmetnih kontaktov. V ta namen sem uporabil podnožje, na katerega sem pritrdil vzmetne kontakte, ki so povezani z dvema logičnima krmilnikoma. Za napravo sem izdelal koračni krmilni program, poskrbel za ustrezno pritrditev in mehansko zaščito uporabljenih komponent ter testiral delovanje. Na podlagi primerjave rezultatov ročnega in avtomatskega testiranja vezij omejevalnika momenta lahko ugotovimo, da je naprava za avtomatsko testiranje vezij pospešila in poenostavila postopek testiranja.

Title:Automatic testing of a torque limiter circuit
Abstract:
In my diploma, I described the design for a device for automatic testing of a printed circuit board (PCB) that is a part of a torque limiter on a forestry vehicle. I presented various methods for PCB testing and selected the most suitable method for us - “the bed of nails”. I implemented the method, by using a base to which I attached spring contacts and connected them to two programable logic controllers. I created a step sequence program for a programmable logic controller, made appropriate measures for the installation and mechanical protection of the implemented components and finally tested the device. Based on the comparison of the results of testing manual and automatic torque limiter circuits, it can be concluded that the automatic circuit testing device has accelerated and simplified the testing process.
