Abstract
V pričujoči diplomski nalogi je opisana izdelava laserskega prikazovalnika vektorskih oblik za uporabo na področju avtonomnih mobilnih robotov. Predstavljena je implementacija laserskega projektorja z uporabo galvanometrov, prav tako pa so v predstavitev zajete tudi druge rešitve na področju usmerjanja svetlobe. Končni izdelek je namenjen uporabi v industrijskem okolju; za interakcijo med ljudmi in vozili. Njegov glavni namen je z uporabnimi informacijami o vozilu opozarjati mimoidoče ljudi in tako pri interakciji z avtonomnimi vozili povišati stopnjo varnosti v prometu. Ciljno okolje uporabe izdelka je industrijsko, predvsem v skladiščih. Ker se uporablja v pretežno temnejših prostorih, ki so različno prostorsko načrtovani, hkrati pa zavzemajo različne intenzitete osvetlitve, je na dolgih razdaljah potrebno razviti visokokontrastne slike. Teh zahtev navadni projektorji ne dosegajo, zato smo se lotili izdelave naprave, ki bi zadostila potrebam v industriji in uspešno rešila opisan primanjkljaj. Izdelavo smo začeli s pretvorbo slike različnih oblik, ki se bodo uporabljale na projektorju. Sledila je izdelava prototipnega izdelka, ki je služil kot dokaz koncepta. Nato smo preučili delovanje in krmiljenje galvanometrov ter usmerjanje svetlobe s pomočjo zrcal. Za najdaljnje potrebe smo razvili kontrolno ploščo, ki upravlja z vsemi komponentami v sistemu in se povezuje z zunanjim svetom, kar omogoča integracijo v obstoječe vozilo.

Title:Laser projector for use in mobile robotics
Abstract:
The thesis describes the development of laser vector display for use in field of autonomous mobile robotics. The implementation of a laser projector using galvanometers is presented, as well as other solutions in the field of light steering. The final product is intended for use in an industrial environment mainly for human-vehicle interaction. Its main purpose is to warn passers-by with useful vehicle information and thus increase the level of traffic safety when interacting with autonomous vehicles. The target environment is industrial, especially for use in warehouses. Because it is used in predominantly darker rooms, which are differently spatially designed and at the same time experience different lighting conditions, it is necessary to develop high-contrast images over long distances. Ordinary projectors do not meet these requirements, so we set out to make a device that would meet the needs of the industry and successfully solve the described role. We started development by converting the shapes to different format that will be used on the projector. This was followed by the development of a prototype product, which served as proof of concept. We then examined the operation and control of galvanometers and steering light using mirrors. Later we developed a control panel that manages all components in the system and connects to the outside world, allowing integration into an existing vehicle.
