Abstract
V tem zaključnem delu raziskujemo vpliv materialnih lastnosti treh različnih vzorčnih materialov na deformacijo geometrije in reznega robu. Na podlagi analize deformacije geometrije, kvalitete reznega robu in vplivne cone izrezovanja v material smo prišli do zaključkov, da je za deformacijo geometrije rondele najugodnejši material s homogeno mikrostrukturo in z velikimi kristalnimi zrni, z vidika kvalitete reznega robu in vplivne cone izrezovanja pa material z manjšimi kristalnimi zrni.

Title:Influence of Material Properties on Geometry and Cutting Edge Deformation at Blanking of Electrical Steel
Abstract:
In this final thesis we investigate the influence of material properties of three different sample materials on the deformation of the geometry and the cutting edge. Based on the analysis of the geometry deformation, cutting edge quality and zone of influence of blanking process in the material, we can conclude that the use of materials with homogeneous microstructure and large crystal grains is the most favorable for the deformation of the geometry and the use of material with smaller crystal grains leads to better quality of the cutting edge and smaller zone of influence of blanking process.
