Vpliv heteronormativnega diskurza na razumevanje "koristi otroka" v postopku posvojitve v Sloveniji (študija primera) : (študija primera)

V Republiki Sloveniji je posvojitev zaenkrat mogoča le heterospolnim parom in istospolnim le v primeru, če je otrok, ki se ga daje v posvojitev biološki otrok enega od zakoncev oz. zunajzakonskih partnerjev, ki namerava posvojiti. Posvojitev je mogoča, če je otroku v korist in so posvojitelji primerni. Koncept »otrokove koristi« pa je izpeljan iz heteronormativnega diskurza, ki še naprej oblikuje politiko in družinsko življenje.

Abstract

In Republic of Slovenia, only heterosexual couples are allowed to adopt a child. The only possibility for same sex couples to have their own children legally is to adopt a child of their partner in same-sex relationship. In our country the adoption is possible if it is in the interest of the child. The concept of »child benefit« is derived from heteronormative discourse that continues to shape both politics and family life.
