Abstract
Ločimo fizikalno in kemijsko zamreženje. Fizikalno zamreženi hidrogeli nastanejo z medmolekulskimi reverzbilnimi interakcijami, medtem ko kemijsko zamreženi hidrogeli nastanejo preko kovalentnih vezi.

Title:Crosslinking methods of TEMPO modified nanocellulose used in drug delivery
Abstract:
Nanocellulose is a cellulose-based material that has at least one of its external dimensions in the nano range. With its low weight, high strength and biocompatibility, it has recently become extremely interesting in many areas. It is used as a base in hydrogels, which are used in the pharmaceutical industry for targeted and controlled release of active substances in the body and their delivery. Hydrogels are generally three-dimensional polymer networks that can absorb and retain large amounts of water. Scientists are trying to improve the properties of hydrogels by crosslinking. We distinguish between physical and chemical crosslinking. Physically crosslinked hydrogels are formed by intramolecular reversible interactions, while chemically crosslinked hydrogels are formed through covalent bonds.
