Abstract
Tekom diplomskega dela sem pregledal znanstvene članke na temo direktne C-H funkcionalizacije preko aktivacije C─H vezi v prisotnosti kovine prehoda kot katalizatorja. Opisal sem mehanizme direktne arilacije, alkilacije in alkenilacije z rutenijevimi, paladijevimi in katalizatorji 3d kovin prehoda. Prav tako sem predstavil lastnosti in sintezo heksaarilbenzenskih derivatov ter uporabo imidazolilne skupine kot liganda. Na koncu sem izpisal še načrt dela, ki bi ga izvajal v laboratoriju, če mi tega ne bi preprečila epidemija COVID-19.

Title:Transition-metal-catalyzed activation of C-H bonds of imidazolylbenzene derivatives
Abstract:
In this work scientific articles and reviews about direct C-H functionalization via transition-metal-catalyzed activation of C─H bonds were examined. Mechanisms of direct arylation, alkylation and alkenylation with ruthenium, palladium and 3d transition metal catalysts were described. Also, topics of hexaarylbenzene derivatives and imidazolyl group as ligand were discussed. At the end, the plan of work, I was supposed to do in a laboratory if not for epidemic of COVID-19, was written about.
