Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali s sintezo propargil triazolijevih soli. Za tvorbo triazola smo uporabili z bakrom katalizirano reakcijo cikloadicije med azidom in alkinom. Iz 1-trimetilsilil-1,4-pentadiina in diazidometana, ki smo ga tvorili in situ iz diklorometana, smo pripravili spojino z dvema triazolnima obročema. Reakcijo smo katalizirali s CuSO4 · 5H2O. Opisali smo večstopenjsko pretvorbo sintetiziranega produkta v prekurzor tetradentatnega NHC liganda s štirimi triazolnimi obroči.

Title:Synthesis of selected propargyl triazolium salts
Abstract:
In the thesis, we dealt with the synthesis of a propargyl triazole salts. For the formation of the triazole, we used a copper-catalyzed cycloaddition reaction between azide and alkyne. From 1-trimethylsilyl-1,4-pentadiyne and diazidomethane that was formed in situ from dichloromethane, we prepared a compound with two triazole rings. The reaction was catalyzed with CuSO4 · 5H2O. A multistep conversion of the synthesized product to a precursor of a tetradentate NHC ligand with four triazole rings was discussed.
