Abstract
Zaključno delo obravnava snovanje sodobnega regalnega skladišča za demo center pametne tovarne. V uvodu je opisano ozadje problema in cilji, ki smo si jih zadali za samo skladišče. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge smo najprej spoznali vrste in delovanje sodobnih regalnih skladišč in na kakšne načine lahko zaznavamo in sledimo izdelkom in sestavnim delom v skladišču. Nadalje smo obravnavali možnosti strege in razvrščanja kosov v regalnem skladišču ter avtonomno vodena vozila za dovoz in odvoz izdelkov. V nalogi grobo obravnavamo tudi digitalizacijo procesov skladiščenja, ki temelji na digitalnih dvojčkih. V tem segmentu smo zapisali možne rešitve za koncepte digitalizacije. V naslednjem koraku smo obravnavali metodologijo, ki je osnova za snovanje naprednih skladišč in tehnologij strege, zaznavanja in sledenja izdelkom. S pomočjo morfoloških matrik smo razvili dva koncepta regalnega skladišča in tri koncepte strežnih podsistemov. Koncepte smo izkustveno ovrednotili in na podlagi rezultatov izbrali najbolj primerne za naš primer strege in skladiščenja. Izbrana koncepta skladišča in strežnega podsistema smo zasnovali in jih podrobneje opisali. V naše sodobno regalno skladišče smo vključili tudi sledenje z RFID sistemom in dodajno ter odvzemno mesto za avtonomno vodeno vozilo.

Title:Design of a modern rack warehouse for a smart factory demo center
Abstract:
This diploma paper discusses the conception and design of a modern rack warehouse for the Smart Factory demo centre. The introduction presents the background of the problem and the goals we set for the warehouse. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, we first learnt about the types and the operations of modern rack warehouses and in what ways we can perceive and track products and components in the warehouse. We further discussed the possibilities of serving and sorting pieces in the rack warehouse, and automated guided vehicles for the delivery and removal of products. We also roughly discuss the digitization of storage processes based on digital twins. In this segment, we wrote down possible concepts for the digitization of our warehouse. In the next step, we discussed the methodology that is the basis for designing advanced warehousing and service technologies, and product perception and tracking. With the help of morphological matrices, we developed two concepts of rack storage and three concepts of service subsystems. We empirically evaluated the concepts and, based on the results, selected the most suitable ones for our case of material handling and storage. Selected warehouse and server subsystem concepts were designed and described in more detail. In our modern rack warehouse, we have also included RFID tracking and a place for an automated guided vehicle.
