Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena sestava vakuumskega sušilnika perila ter analize sušenja v vakuumu. Vakuumsko sušenje se predvsem zaradi nižjih temperatur procesa, krajših časov sušenja ter nižanja rabe električne energije uporablja v različnih vejah industrije. Pri vakuumskem sušenju izkoriščamo znano fizikalno dejstvo, saj nižanje tlaka vodi v znižanje temperature uparjanja vode, kar privede do nižjih temperatur sušenja. Tako se vzpostavijo primernejši pogoji sušenja za temperaturno občutljivejše materiale. V raziskavi bomo pri različnih tlakih opazovali vpliv električne moči grelnih teles ter volumskih pretokov zraka na temperaturo testnega perila. V uvodnem delu so predstavljene teoretične osnove, ki se nanašajo na fizikalne lastnosti vode, difuzijo vodne pare v zrak ter prenosa toplote s sevanjem. V metodologiji dela so predstavljeni sestava merilne proge potrebne za izvedbo raziskav, uporabljeni merilni sistem za zajemanje podatkov ter prikaz izvedenih eksperimentov. V zadnjem delu naloge pa so podani rezultati eksperimentov, njihova analiza ter smernice za nadaljnje raziskave.

Title:Preformance analaysis of a vacuum tumble dryer
Abstract:
The Diploma presents the composition of a Vacuum dryer and the course of research in the field of Vacuum drying. Vacuum drying is used in various branches of industry mainly due to lower process temperatures, shorter drying times and lower electricity consumption. As the pressure decreases, the evaporation temperature of the water decreases, leading to lower drying temperatures. This creates more suitable drying conditions for more temperature-sensitive materials. In the research, we will observe the influence of the electric power of radiators and air flows on the temperatures in the test clothes at different pressures. The introductory part presents the theoretical foundations, which relate to the physical properties of water, the diffusion of water vapor into the environment and heat transfer through radiation. The methodology of the work presents the composition of the measuring line required for the performed research, the measuring system used for data acquisition and the course of the performed experiments. In the last part of the thesis, the results of experiments, their analysis and guidelines for further research are given.
