Abstract
V zaključni nalogi so predstavljeni ključni parametri delovanja pljuč in respiratornega sistema, ki so pomembni za načrtovanje mehanskega ventilatorja. V nadaljevanju so opisane različne metode ventilacije in razlike med volumetričnimi in turbinskimi pogoni ventilatorjev. Predstavljene so štiri bistvene prednosti centrifugalnih črpalk, na podlagi katerih je bil izbran načrt za izdelavo radialnega puhala. S pomočjo povprečnih parametrov pljuč je bila določena delovna točka puhala. V zaključku je bila predstavljena še možnost nadzorovanja pretoka, volumna in tlaka pri mehanski ventilaciji.

Title:
Respiratory path modelling using mechanical system analogy
Abstract:
In the final thesis the key parametres of lung functions and respiratory system are presented, which are important fort he design of a mechanical ventilator. Further the different methods of mechanical ventilation are described and the differences between volumetric and turbine drives of ventilators. Four key advantages of centrifugal pumps are presented, on the basis of which a plan fort he design of a radial fan was selected. Using the average lung parametres, the blower operating point was determined. In conclusion, the possibility of controlling the flow, quantity and pressure during mechanical ventilation was presented.
