Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo proučili možnosti razvoja in izdelave naprave za montažo in kontrolo volanskega ležaja. Kot podlago izgradnje naprave smo uporabili metodo Poka-Yoke, ki v veliki meri onemogoča možnost napak. Glede na omejene predvidene stroške smo zasnovali in izdelali napravo, ki v največji možni meri optimizira sestavo izdelka, hkrati pa s sistemom kamer in označevanja zagotavlja kvalitetne in sledljive izdelke. Predstavili smo postopek izbire sistema za označevanje. Analizirali smo predvidene in dejanske stroške za razvoj in izdelavo naprave ter čas, potreben za sestavo izdelka. Navedli smo tudi možnost nadaljnje izboljšave naprave.

Title:Development of a device for assembling and controlling the steering wheel bearing
Abstract:
In this Bachelor-s degree we studied variety of ways to develop and manufacture a device for assembling and controlling the steering wheel bearing. Therefore we used Poka-Yoke concept which is used to prevent errors from happening. Considering predicted costs we designed and manufacture a device for optimisation of product composition and control of the assembly process. We marked each product by Ink-jet printer and introduced reasons for using this method. We compared predicted and actual costs and we analysed the time which is used for assembling the product. We also predicted possible improvement of the device.
