Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je predstavljena analiza vzorcev mineralnega olja, v katero so zajeti merjenje čistoče nerabljenega olja, ferografska mikroskopija in vrednotenje morfologije delcev. Pri vsaki meritvi so razloženi koraki izvedbe ter do kakšnih rezultatov smo prišli. Z analizo smo ugotovili, da se v olju pojavljajo delci različnih oblik in velikosti, ta dva parametra pa imata velik vpliv na stopnjo obrabe. Če želimo zmanjšati stopnjo obrabe in podaljšati življenjsko dobo hidravličnih komponent, je pomembno, da imamo informacije o obliki delcev, saj ima ta zelo velik vpliv na stopnjo obrabe.

Title:Research of particles in new hydraulic oil
Abstract:
This thesis presents the analysis of mineral oil samples, which includes the measurement of the purity of unused oil, ferrographic microscopy and evaluation of particle morphology. In each measurement, it is explained what the implementation steps were and what results we came to. We found that particles of different shapes and sizes appear in oils, and that the degree of wear depends on these two parameters. If we want to reduce the wear rate and extend the life of hydraulic components, it is important to have information about the shape of the particles, as this has a very large impact on the wear rate.
